Hey Cool Cats!

Products I am loving:
JASMINE!

Heritage products, Jasmine Water.

I love this jasmine flower water spray. You can spray it in your baths, on your body/face, on your clothes just about on anything and everything. It smells sweet and gentle, it calms me! I get compliments every time I spray it on me. If you know me well enough, then you know I am obsessed with anything jasmine! “Our aromatherapy waters are now made with Vor-Mag water which is water that has been vortexed and magnetized to raise the energy to a higher vibration that we believe to be most beneficial.” Ever since I visited Casadaga last year (a city where only psychics live) I’ve been into flower and gem essences that raise the vibrational energy in the body.
I went to the Casadaga community historic center where they display all the contacts for the psychics in the town. I came across a large board full of contact cards. I scanned each card quickly enough to feel which ones I was attracted to. I met with a psychic named Hazel (she picked up on a lot of things going on in my life last year!) she advised that flower essences would be beneficial to my body. Flower essences have helped me at times of fatigue!

What I am snacking on at the moment:

KOPALI Organics- Organic Dark Chocolate covered goji berries

They also come in dark chocolate covered raw cacao nibs and mulberries. Beware of the dark chocolate covered raw cacaos nibs, they make me feel super hyper and buzzed!

Juicing/Smoothies!

Creamy Banana Kale Smoothie/Shake.

Recently I have been enjoying a healthy green drink that tastes like a creamy vanilla banana milkshake, which is weird because it has kale in it! A yummy way to get calcium and veggies in your body and flush your system. It looks like it would taste like a grassy mess, but really it tastes like a yummy dessert! Just don’t put too much kale in it and make sure you freeze your bananas in advance (freezing the bananas gives the shake a creamier, sweeter taste and texture). Make sure you take the pits out of the dates as well, don’t want to damage your blender/scare the jeebies out of you and everyone at your place with the awful sounds haha!

Kale is an awesome super food that contains a lot of calcium. Here is how you make it!

These measurements are approximate, I usually eyeball it!

1-4 leaves of kale depending on your taste

1 cup of almond breeze vanilla almond milk

1 frozen banana

1 date (I’m very big on using dates as a sweetener! Agave syrup and sugar don’t mesh well with my body and make me feel icky. You can also use a coconut sugar if you’d like)

Put ingredients in a blender and give it a go!

I will make a video on it if you’d like! ^__^

I will be uploading a new video tomorrow evening. Leave a comment on what you would like to see in it!
