Eligibility for Returns

- Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition, with no signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
- Original packaging, including boxes, certificates, or tags, must be included.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.

Store Credit Details
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit equal to the purchase amount (excluding shipping fees) will be issued.
